Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a growing, international organization to identify a Senior Accounting Manager.

This role will play a key part in managing core accounting functions while supporting financial reporting, operational activities, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial records
- Lead month-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee expense reporting
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Generate internal financial reports and assist with analysis
- Support audits and liaise with external accountants and advisors
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in public accounting followed by 3+ years experience in a corporate or operational environment
- Strong expertise in general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Experience with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
