MW Talent is partnering with a highly respected Am Law firm to identify a Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney for its growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized litigation team handling sophisticated patent and trade secret disputes for leading technology, life sciences, and consumer products companies.


Locations: TX, NY, CA, DC, WA

Compensation: $225,000 to $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications.


Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school, preferably ranked within the Top 30 nationally, with GPA of 3.5 or higher

• 2 to 5 years of intellectual property litigation experience

• Experience with patent litigation and/or trade secret litigation

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or another hard or life science discipline

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar


Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of complex patent and trade secret litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex technical and legal issues

• Participate in depositions, hearings, client meetings, and trial preparation

• Work directly with partners and clients on high-profile litigation matters

• Collaborate with attorneys and technical professionals across multiple offices
