🎓Role: Real Estate Associate covering contract drafting & negotiations, landlord/tenant disputes as well as litigation and breach of contract & negligence claims. All aspects of Commercial and residential Real Estate matters.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with attorneys in other practice areas, such as tax, environmental law, and corporate law, as real estate transactions often involve multiple legal disciplines.
• Research and Analysis: Conducting legal research on real estate issues and providing legal opinions and recommendations to clients and senior attorneys.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
About you:
• Candidates must have a Portable Book of Business to the value of $100k and above.
