The Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT) Governance, Risk and Compliance team is seeking a highly motivated individual as an integral part of a team responsible for reducing risk and improving control effectiveness, policy compliance, and security through a unified approach. 

The team member selected to fill this position will develop a deep understanding of Wells Fargo Technology processes, understand and inventory data points across many systems and ensure technology groups are in compliance with latest policy requirements. A successful candidate will help drive WIMT issue management efforts to effectively identify risks and develop remediation plans through effective collaboration with multiple interface partners. You will have responsibility for providing risk and compliance reporting across the WIMT application portfolio to track the effectiveness of risk mitigations, monitor compliance and drive awareness of metrics that are about to fall out of tolerance.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of Technology Risk Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Issue Management
  • 2+ years of risk management experience

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
