The Application Compliance Initiatives team is currently searching for a Technology Business Services Associate to work with fellow team members to support the Electronic Records compliance program initiatives such as gathering key information on proposed application and process solutions to ensure the teams are operating in compliance with Records Management Policies & Standards, with a high focus on process improvements, controls and governance.

Specific functions with this role will include:
• Supporting the Electronic Records (eRecords) Management Program processes, including validation, implementation, process improvements, metrics, and on-going program maintenance. 
• Focal point for driving process change to streamline and improve effectiveness of application’s compliance to Wells Fargo Records Management. Including but not limited to Electronic Records and Information, Applications, Records Retention, Storage and Destruction Standards. 
• Working with others in Records Management throughout Wells Fargo on compliance and remediation efforts.
• Coordination with key stakeholders and decision makers to disposition requirements and enforcement. 
• Developing communications and reporting on eRecords program components and activities. 
• Supporting and/or leading critical compliance and process optimization initiatives in the eRecords space.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 4+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 3+ years of business process development experience

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames
