The Technology Business Services Sr. associate within the Technology Third Party Competency Center will act in a leadership role in managing all aspects of Third Party Change and Incident Programs.

  • Partners with Enterprise Change/Incident on the Service Now integration/implementation.
  • Understands and leverages the Enterprise Change/Incident policies to support Third Party teams.
  • Support the Change/Incident requirements to integrate into the TRIMS replacement tool.
  • Re-assesses the current Change/Incident programs for Third Party with a new lens to better assess the overall risk for Third Parties and how that ultimately aligns with other Third Party Assessments and/or performance metrics.
  • Develop go-forward strategy for Change/Incident.
  • Supporting metrics and reporting related to tech third party competency center governance including KRI management and other third party periodic reports.
  • Management/support of 3rd Party Escalation programs under the management of tech third party competency center
  • Management and monitoring of the tech third party consequence model for Third Party Change/Incident.
  • Prepares materials/presentations for business committees and presents materials accordingly.
  • Facilitates and leads conversations with Leaders and Third Party Teams.
  • Support and leadership for continuity amongst all third party governance programs.
  • Partners with enterprise wide constituents including but not limited to Third Party Program, Front Line Risk/IRM, BSLs, and ICS third party

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services
  • 4+ years of experience with innovating new technology strategies and successfully implementing strategic vision


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 1+ year of PAC2000 Change Management experience
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to facilitate meetings


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of vendor management principles and practices.
  • Prior experience within IT department and knowledge of IT products/services.
  • Problem resolution abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a team environment and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and multi-task


Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time


Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

IA-West Des Moines: Min: $98,000 Mid: $140,000 Max: $182,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $98,000 Mid: $140,000 Max: $182,000
