Social Media Marketing Intern

🎥 Summer Social Media Intern — Rise Realty DFW | Richardson, TX

We're looking for a creative, on-camera, culturally-wired college student to spend the summer building a real brand from scratch.

Rise Realty is a real estate investment company in Dallas — we help homeowners in tough situations get to their next chapter and connect investors with great deals. The stories are here. The culture is here. We need someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

What you'll do: Create 3-5 pieces of content per week — reels, videos, graphics, testimonials, behind the scenes. You'll be on camera and you'll get others on camera. By the end of the summer you'll have built a content library that keeps the brand alive long after you're gone.

Who you are:

• Confident on camera — you don't freeze, you own it
• You know what's hitting right now and why
• You shoot and edit on your phone at a high level
• You don't need someone telling you what to post — you bring the ideas
• If you're already using AI to speed up editing, write captions, generate ideas, or repurpose content — that's a massive plus
• Based in Dallas for the summer or willing to make it work

What the summer actually looks like: You won't be sitting alone editing in a corner. You'll be working alongside 4 other college students doing a hands-on sales internship — going on property walkthroughs, taking meetings, making calls. Your job is to capture all of it. They become your content. You make them look good. They help you get access. It works both ways.
