Social Media Intern (Assisting the Founder with Personal Brand Content)

Looking for a motivated Social Media Intern to help create and publish engaging, viral‑ready content. Strong video editing skills are a must.


I’m Tiffany, the founder of Shezza Socks, a viral sock brand, and I’m now focused on growing my personal brand. I create content around founder life, small business, travel, lifestyle, and building a company.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience working directly with a founder who has built a business from scratch. You’ll get exposure to content strategy, marketing, and the behind‑the‑scenes of building a personal brand. I’ll mentor you, help you grow your skills, and support your career path.


Compensation:

This is a commission‑based internship, with earnings tied to the viral performance of the content you help create.

Strong performers will be offered a long‑term, paid role. Working directly under the founder, I will also provide mentorship and career guidance.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and post short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Assist with weekly content planning for my personal brand (founder life, lifestyle, travel, business building)
  • Post at least 2 videos per week across multiple platforms
  • Track performance and identify what’s working and what’s going viral
  • Brainstorm creative ideas, hooks, and trends to grow reach and engagement
  • Collaborate directly with me on brand voice, storytelling, and content direction
  • Repurpose content across platforms (IG → TikTok → YouTube Shorts → Pinterest)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media experience (personal, freelance, or professional)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short‑form video trends
  • Ability to edit short‑form videos (CapCut, Tik Tok editor)
  • Creative thinker who understands hooks, storytelling, and pacing
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and excited about growth
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly posting goals
  • Passion for social media, branding, and content creation
  • This role is best suited for a female creator who understands women‑focused lifestyle content
