A high-growth DTC performance brand is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, to scale and own lifecycle & retention.
This role is focused on driving repeat purchases, increasing customer lifetime value, and building a best-in-class lifecycle function across email, SMS, and loyalty.
You’ll define strategy, lead performance, and manage agency partners.
You will own:
- Repurchase rates (30/60/90-day), returning customer %, and LTV
- Lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, and post-purchase
- Segmentation, testing roadmap, and channel optimisation
- Lifecycle revenue contribution and performance tracking
- Agency management and execution oversight
The requirements are:
- 5+ years in retention / lifecycle / CRM within DTC ecommerce
- Proven impact on LTV, repurchase rates, and retention performance
- Hands-on experience with email, SMS, and platforms like Klaviyo
- Strong analytical skills (cohorts, segmentation, performance tracking)
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
The ideal candidate will be open to relocation to Mountain West – relocation support offered.
