We work with growth-minded businesses across home services, healthcare, legal, nonprofit, and other service-based industries, typically $2M to $10M operators who have already invested in professional coaching and are scaling toward the next level. These are clients who hold their vendors accountable and expect marketing outcomes that move the needle on revenue, not just impressions.
We're hiring a Senior Account Manager / Growth Specialist to own a client portfolio and help shape how we deliver across the agency.
This is not a traditional account manager role. It's a player-coach position. You'll carry your own book of business, manage 1 to 2 Growth Specialists direct reports, and build the systems, standards, and client relationships that define how the team operates.
What you'll own:
Client Growth. You're the single point of accountability for every client in your portfolio. You drive retention, upsell, and measurable business outcomes across every engagement.
Portfolio Leadership. You'll help build out the repeatable onboarding, reporting, and delivery processes that scale as the agency grows.
People Leadership. You'll run EOS LMA with direct reports: weekly Level 10s, scorecards reviewed, performance gaps addressed in the same week they appear.
