The Opportunity

This Senior Tax Manager will serve as a key advisor to clients while helping lead and develop the firm's growing tax practice.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, construction companies, and family groups while expanding your exposure beyond compliance into planning, consulting, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review complex tax engagements
  • Oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic guidance
  • Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors
  • Participate in client meetings and advisory engagements
  • Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with firm leadership on client strategy and service delivery

You'll work across a diverse client base including:

  • High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Complex 1040 engagements
  • Partnerships
  • S Corporations and some C Corporations
  • Small and Mid-Sized Businesses
  • Real Estate Owners & Developers + Builders
  • Trust & Estate Clients

What They're Looking For

  • Public accounting tax experience required
  • Prior experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
  • Strong background in individual and pass-through entity taxation
  • Experience with HNWI, real estate, construction, or trust & estate clients preferred
  • CPA license preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Interest in business development and long-term leadership growth
