Senior HR Manager
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
Key Resource Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead a local manufacturing HR team while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the HR and HSE teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs that support business objectives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives to create a positive employee experience.
• Oversee payroll processes, HR reporting, employee data accuracy, and HR KPI tracking.
• Identify talent and skills gaps and implement training, development, and career progression programs.
• Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the organization.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, HR reporting and analytics, Microsoft Office, and federal/state employment laws.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including international teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• SHRM certification preferred.
