Join our Pocatello plant as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where you will partner closely with plant operations leadership to cultivate individual and organizational growth. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead HR initiatives focused on employee development, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workpla

ce culture.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance on talent management, organizational change, employee and labor relations, and employee engagement. You will direct the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and policy

enforcement.

a related field.7–10 years of progressive HR experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as an HR Manager and/or HR B
usiness Partner.Strong oral and written commu
nication skills.Experience with
labor relations.Experience working in both union and non-union manufacturi
ng environments.Proven success driving employee engagement and positive employee relations at all organi
zational levels.Strong professional maturity, judgment, and ability to handle confiden
