Unity Search has a client in the restaurant industry looking to hire a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting. This role will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, and requires strong technical accounting expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all activities related to the production and monthly review of the Corporate Store P&L
- Partner with Finance to analyze actuals vs. forecast and plan, including related variance analysis
- Meet all internal and external deadlines for month‑end close, financial reporting, and SEC filings
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and internal controls to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver strong results and excellent service
- Support ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking capabilities
- Proven experience managing or leading a team
