Blu OnX is Hiring: Reg D 506(c) Investor Relations Sales Rep for (Accredited Investors)
Blu OnX is raising capital under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) and is looking for a proven closer who has direct experience selling private placements to accredited/HNW investors and can operate cleanly inside compliance.
Compensation
Compensation is structured based on experience, responsibilities, and compliance requirements.
Base
Structured based on experience $60k - $120k Base pay
Commission
Performance-based 1-3% Commission on top of base
Measured on
Qualified calls, commitments, verified subscriptions, funded amounts
Minimum Subscriptions
- $100,000 (3-year term) 15% Annual ROI
- $500,000 (5-year term) 18% Annual ROI
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage an accredited-investor pipeline (your network + outbound + provided leads).
- Run consultative calls, qualify fit, and drive commitments through close.
- Present approved materials (1-pager, deck, FAQ, short overview video).
- Coordinate onboarding: KYC/AML, accredited investor verification, subscription docs.
- Maintain CRM stages, notes, and weekly reporting/forecast.
Must-Have Experience
- Documented sales history with Reg D 506(b)/506(c) offerings (506(c) strongly preferred).
- Comfortable selling to accredited / HNW / family office audiences.
- Understands 506(c) rules: general solicitation allowed, verification required, no personalized investment advice.
- Strong phone skills and follow-up discipline from first call to funded subscription.
