Role Description

Haiss Fabripart is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alliance, OH. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include creating sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing and product teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Emphasis on quoting, raw material and a willingness to do cold calling.
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of market research, sales strategy development, and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and other relevant sales software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
