Gill Staffing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our Holland team. This is not a desk job where you do the same thing every day. One minute you may be interviewing a candidate, the next helping a client fill an urgent opening, and later resolving an employee issue.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and working with a sense of urgency.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Fill manufacturing, warehouse, and office positions
- Manage employee attendance and performance issues
- Build relationships with employees and clients
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Help people find jobs and help businesses find talent
