We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Recruiter to support caregiver hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, orientation coordination, and onboarding. This is a full-time, benefited position paying $23 per hour.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter / Candidate Onboarding Specialist to support our caregiver hiring pipeline. This role is focused on qualifying prospective candidates, guiding them through each step of the hiring and onboarding process, and helping them complete all required certifications, documentation, and training so they are ready to begin work.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline, and skilled at keeping candidates engaged and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify prospective caregiver candidates to determine whether they meet hiring requirements.
Guide candidates through the full hiring and onboarding pipeline from initial qualification through completion.
Assist candidates with obtaining required HCA certification.
Help candidates complete required TB testing.
Guide candidates through the Live Scan background check process.
Assign on boarding tasks and ensure candidates complete all required steps.
Assign and track completion of online training.
Collect and verify required insurance paperwork and other on boarding documents.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to reduce drop-off and keep them engaged.
Track candidate progress and follow up regularly to remove barriers and keep the pipeline moving.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure candidates are ready for placement once on boarding is complete.
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates.
Performance Expectations
Minimum goal of 30 completed hires per week.
Ability to ramp up over time toward a target of 125 completed hires per week.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, follow-through, and candidate communication while managing a large pipeline.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, on boarding, staffing, healthcare, home care, or a high-volume administrative role preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates at different stages of the pipeline.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, online training platforms, and digital documentation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

- Work closely with the office team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
