Compensation: $80K Base salary + performance bonuses (OTE: $100K+)


Overview:


Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive recruiting and growth efforts within a fast-paced and relationship-driven financial services organization in Philadelphia.


This person will own the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, organized, and energized by connecting with people.



Key Responsibilities:


Recruiting & Candidate Management:


  • Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, social media, events, and proactive outreach
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Guide candidates through the interview and selection process
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process



Pipeline & Process Management:


  • Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS
  • Maintain organized reporting and recruiting metrics
  • Help troubleshoot recruiting bottlenecks and improve sourcing strategies
  • Monitor candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness



Networking & Brand Development:


  • Build relationships with centers of influence, referral partners, and community organizations
  • Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions
  • Help strengthen the organization’s employer brand and recruiting presence
  • Support recruiting initiatives and growth goals across the office



Qualifications:


  • Previous recruiting, sales, staffing, or relationship management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and building relationships
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS or recruiting systems is a plus
