:We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in Greer, SC. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an energetic, people-focused professional with staffing industry experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, and skilled in building strong relationships with clients and candidates

.Responsibilities

• :Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative role
• sMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicant
• sBuild and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring need
• sCoordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwor
• kManage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreac
• hCommunicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and client
• sEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulation

sRequirements

• :Bilingual (English/Spanish) require
• dStaffing agency experience is mandator
• yStrong communication, organization, and time-management skill
• sAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmen
• tProficient with computers and applicant tracking system
