We have fun; we love our work. We are positive, kind, and hungry to learn. We give big; we aim to make a real impact on the causes that affect the communities we serve and build strong relationships with the dedicated volunteers and nonprofit organizations working to address them.

We are all about people and community. Since 2002, we have offered technology staffing and managed services for the greater Seattle area and throughout the United States. We focus on getting to know our clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships and ensure success.

Our client is looking for a Compliance Specialist with foundational compliance experience who can support healthcare compliance and transparency reporting activities. While the role is considered entry-level, the manager prefers candidates who already have exposure to regulated Life Sciences environments, which will significantly reduce the learning curve.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Lead, in coordination with the Operations Senior Manager, the operational execution of U.S. federal and state healthcare transparency reporting (e.g., Open Payments/Sunshine Act) as well as applicable state or global disclosure requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to collect, validate, and reconcile HCP transfer-of-value data.
  • Support compliance monitoring activities related to HCP engagements, including speaker programs, consulting arrangements, advisory boards, and other interactions.
  • Assist with review of payments, contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical, Finance, and IT on the enhancement and ongoing use of HCP engagement and payment systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive Due Diligence on all HCPs (and related entities) and HCOs considered for consulting or clinical engagements, providing the business with a consolidated overview of all Galderma historical and current interactions, along with clearly documented Due Diligence findings.
  • Work closely with the Operations Senior Manager on planning, prioritization, and execution of compliance operations initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in compliance, healthcare, finance, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, transparency reporting, compliance operations, or a related operational role.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Sunshine Act / Open Payments and HCP engagement processes strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with compliance or payment systems, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Hourly range is $20/hr - $25/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.

Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions. All regular, full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefits plan. Outside of offering excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, we also offer the following:
