Real Estate Finance Attorney
High-end Manhattan boutique real estate firm of about 30-attorneys is seeking an experienced real estate attorney with solid lender’s side finance experience for a permanent growth-oriented position. The right individual has 3+ years RE Finance experience, including work on Bridge Loans, and will also consider senior level associates/Counsel with relevant experience. Firm encourages hands on work with top financial clients (top banks, private equity firms) to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate lender representation, including senior mortgage, junior mortgage, mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, bridge loans, participation agreements, and note-on-note financing. Salary of junior level associate in the $175K-$250K range; form more senior attorneys, salary in the $275K-$350K range, not including bonus. Hybrid work arrangement.
