Real Estate Associate - Denver, Colorado - $210,000 - $290,000 salary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney with between 1-5 years experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

The Real Estate team cover a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions. The ability to comfortably handle high value matters across a broad range of asset classes is essential.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded Real Estate practice in Denver. The team is known for providing a collegial and supportive environment, providing opportunities to develop increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through firms wider network.

The Candidate

• Experienced Real Estate Attorney with 1-5 years experience
• Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Being comfortable working across various asset classes and sectors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in Colorado
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
