Real Estate Associate Attorney

We are working with a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on a Real Estate Associate Attorney, to join our growing team. They are looking for someone with previous residential real estate experience.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Have your JD and be in good standing
• Be Licensed in the Rhode Island
• Additional experience with real estate acquisition and disposition transactions, financing and land use transactions

Responsibilities:

• Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports

The annual salary for this position is between 70k-90k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
