A premier global law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Finance practice in Los Angeles.
About the Role
This opportunity provides exposure to complex real estate finance transactions involving leading financial institutions, lenders, investors and borrowers across diverse asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Advise lenders and borrowers on sophisticated commercial real estate financing transactions.
- Prepare, review and negotiate loan documentation and related financing agreements.
- Counsel clients on a variety of financing structures, including acquisition, construction, bridge, mezzanine and permanent loans.
- Support all stages of transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring and closing execution.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of sophisticated real estate finance experience gained at a leading law firm.
- Experience representing financial institutions, lenders, borrowers or other market participants in commercial real estate lending transactions.
- Exposure to balance sheet bank lending is advantageous but not essential.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000 - $550,000, depending on experience and qualifications
