Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)
A growing national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Newport Beach office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, direct partner interaction, and a strong pipeline of deal work, including approximately $12 billion in projected transaction volume.
What You'll Do
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Assist with financing, development, leasing, and joint venture matters
• Work directly with partners and clients on complex transactions
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission
• 2+ years of Real Estate experience

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is up to $270,000 (DOE). Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
