Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning and success of the theater. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, coordinating events, and implementing operational strategies to enhance customer experience. The Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events, maintain high standards for the facility, and meet financial goals. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Suffern, NY. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required. This role reports to both the General Manager and President.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, with the ability to oversee day-to-day functions and optimize theater performance
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to achieve revenue and cost objectives
• Proficiency in Event Management and Event Planning, with the ability to organize and execute events successfully
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
