This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Manager of Business Operations located in Northern Virginia, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager of Business Operations will oversee daily business activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing budgets, creating and implementing operational strategies, supervising staff, analyzing key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.

• Strong understanding of operational management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
• Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in personnel management, team building, and staff training.
• Proficiency in using business management tools and office software, including spreadsheets and project management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience in healthcare, home care services, or healthcare staffing would be beneficial.
