Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end financial and operational processes across a fast-growing, multi-channel business (Amazon, Sephora, DTC, TikTok Shop, and B2B).
In this role, you will own key workflows spanning financial operations, inventory management, and accounting, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the entire supply chain. You will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and financial data, bridging operations and finance to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
As a key business partner to leadership, you will drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and build scalable systems that support our rapid expansion. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to complex and evolving workflows.
We’re looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and business-minded, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can build and refine processes from the ground up, and is equally confident navigating between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
