Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager at our Lemon Grove, CA location. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure quality service delivery, manage staff scheduling, oversee compliance with regulatory standards, coordinate logistics for medical transportation and event support services, and optimize operational efficiency. This individual will also handle resource management, support team development, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operations management, project coordination, and understanding of logistics processes
• Experience in staff leadership, team management, and personnel scheduling
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and healthcare industry standards
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Technical proficiency in using scheduling and operations software
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lemon Grove, CA, and adapt to a 24/7 operational environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or emergency services management is a plus
