Marketing Lead (Cissna Park / Remington / Lexington IL)


Construction company providing farmers with grain/seed handling systems.


Job Summary:

The marketing lead will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate high quality leads, showcase completed projects, and support the sales team in winning new contracts. The role combines digital marketing, content creation, project storytelling and traditional business to business tactics tailored to the construction industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage and grow company digital presence
  • Website updates and optimization
  • Social medial channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
  • Post project progress, before/after photos, team spotlights, safety highlights
  • Google business profile, Google Ads, Online geo fencing
  • Create compelling content
  • Project case studies, project photo/video galleries
  • Blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns highlighting expertise, sustainability, safety records and completed work
  • Marketing collateral: Brochures, one-pagers, capability statements, bid graphics
  • Coordinate professional photography/videography of active and completed job sites (progress updates, drone footage, time-lapses)
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook/Instagram targeted to farms and commercial operations)
  • Support business development
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and ensure brand consistency

Manage and report on marketing performance (Website traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, engagement metrics)


Years of Experience:

  • 0-2 years preferred
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Marketing

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools: Google analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Ect.
