Title: Director of Brand Marketing

Overview:

A growing, innovation-driven food company is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead strategy and execution across its product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and campaign performance while aligning closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand strategy and long-term vision across product categories

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches

• Develop value propositions and positioning to drive differentiation

• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on enablement and campaigns

• Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM insights

• Manage marketing budget and track performance against KPIs

• Oversee digital platforms and marketing systems

• Establish reporting frameworks and optimize campaign performance

• Lead and develop a small marketing team

• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and QA on product pipeline and launches

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience (B2B or consumer products preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong experience with brand strategy, product marketing, and GTM execution

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

• Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing platforms

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Compensation:

• Ideal Salary: $130,000-$150,000

• Bonus Potential: 15–25%
