Our client is a fast‑growing, consumer‑focused services company seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to drive the next phase of customer and revenue growth. This role owns the full growth funnel—from acquisition and conversion through lifecycle marketing and retention—and operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
You’ll lead growth strategy, execution, and experimentation across digital, in‑person, and lifecycle channels, partnering closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Finance. This is a highly impactful role with direct ownership of performance metrics and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle marketing, and retention
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new offers, programs, and customer experience enhancements
- Drive conversion optimization across digital and physical customer touchpoints
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy including onboarding, engagement, upsell, churn prevention, and win‑back
- Plan and execute data‑driven experiments across pricing, offers, messaging, and customer journeys
- Partner with analytics teams to translate customer data into actionable insights and testable hypotheses
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize toward growth and targets
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product‑led growth
- Strong understanding of subscription or membership‑based business models
- Proven experience owning acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics
- Hands‑on experience with lifecycle or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze or similar)
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using dashboards and performance analytics
