How You Will Make An Impact

·        Develop and execute a channel marketing strategy aligned to premium executive coaching and professional development services

·        Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities, build account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and accelerate pipeline progression

·        Plan and deliver integrated campaigns, live events, and executive engagements (in-person and virtual) to drive demand and customer expansion

·        Translate corporate messaging into industry tailored programs to target accounts and buyer personas

·        Generate and track marketing leads – from creation to closure – while providing dashboards and regular visibility to sales

·        Create customer case studies (presentations and PDFs), write conference and award nomination submissions, and create content for customer-facing marketing

·        Manage field marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize performance across programs

·        Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

·        Able to set goals and manage your workflow to achieve that goal

·        Willing to be in the office Monday-Thursday


At SW&A, you will…

  • Own the marketing voice and brand of Sally Williamson & Associates
  • Manage lead generation pipeline and engage potential clients across multiple marketing channels
  • Create a comprehensive marketing plan including market analysis, leadership trends and industry activities to raise awareness of SW&A and achieve annual pipeline objectives
  • Partner with sales team to ensure a synergistic approach to achieving company goals
  • Partner with director of marketing operations to attach strategies to actionable steps

Additional Requirements:

·        10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, product strategy, or other strategic marketing roles.


·        Proven track record with digital marketing and social media tools. Our team uses ActiveCampaign, Instantly, and Zoominfo. Familiarity with Hubspot a plus.


·  BA/BS degree. Major in Advertising, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related field a plus.


·  Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to organize, plan and execute projects against deadlines.


·  Highly self-motivated, driven and works with a sense of urgency.


·  Strong copywriting, content development and verbal communication skills.


·  Analytical problem solver with experience in analyzing business cases and developing go-to-market strategies in the building products industry.


·  Proven ability to rapidly digest and synthesize new information on products, sales strategies, customers, competitors and decisionmakers.


·  Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.


·  A dedication to organization and ability to collaborate on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.


·  Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; must be highly organized and hypersensitive to attention to detail.

What is the interview process like?


We’re very transparent! Three rounds.


The 1st is just a simple introductory conversation. If we think there’s potentially a match from your resume, we think it’s worth a short chat! You’ll have an opportunity to ask us more about the role and we’ll get a sense of how you think and what you believe your strengths are.


The second round is a demo call. We’ll share some marketing materials and prompt goals and ask for your feedback on how you’d develop a multi-channel campaign to drive engagement! We’ll debrief with you afterwards, talk through the exercise and offer some initial feedback.


And finally, we’ll bring just a few candidates into our office to meet the team. Since we’re small, you’ll get a chance to interact with most everyone based on schedules. We’ll pick our best fit from there.


Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
