RothbergDubrow is a commercial real estate company based in Old City, Philadelphia. The Graphic Design & Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, internal systems, and external vendor coordination. This role plays a critical part in supporting brokerage activity, elevating brand presence, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, production, and management of all print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, offering memorandums, pitch decks, floorplans, signage, and branded materials
- Own and execute the company’s social media strategy across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, analytics tracking, and ongoing optimization to drive engagement and brand growth
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including website updates (WordPress), online listing platforms (CoStar, Crexi, Bright MLS, CBC), and email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact, Reply.io)
- Write and develop marketing copy across channels, including property descriptions, email campaigns, social media content, and blog posts highlighting transactions and market insights
- Maintain and organize internal marketing systems and databases, including Dropbox, listing trackers, and transaction records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, printers, and signage fabricators, overseeing projects from concept through execution
- Oversee the design, production, and installation of property signage to enhance visibility and leasing efforts
- Conduct market and tenant research to support leasing strategies and identify prospective users for available properties
- Support internal team operations by preparing marketing materials, updating listings, and contributing to overall workflow efficiency
