Are you an ambitious young professional ready to trade the classroom for the "war room"? We are looking for sharp, motivated talent in Dallas to join us as a Marketing Associate supporting our Sales and Marketing leadership.

This isn't a routine admin job. It is a high-energy, entry-level role designed for those who want to see exactly how marketing campaigns and sales strategies are built from the top down. If you are hyper-organized and have a natural drive to learn the "big picture," we’ll provide the training to get you there.

Why This is Your Best Career Move:

  • Paid Professional Training: No experience? No problem. We provide full, paid training to teach you the ropes of executive support, campaign coordination, and business operations.
  • Creative & Strategic Exposure: Work directly with leadership to see ideas come to life in real-time campaigns that drive actual results.
  • Rapid Advancement: This is an entry-level role with an "executive-track" mindset. We promote from within based on performance and drive.
  • Immediate Start: We are ready to grow our Dallas team and want you to join us immediately.

The Mission: Coordination & Execution

You will gain 360-degree exposure to the full lifecycle of our sales and marketing efforts:

  • Marketing Support: Assist leadership with daily coordination, ensuring that high-level priorities and tasks stay on track.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and rollout of new marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and messaging remains consistent.
  • Cross-Team Connection: Act as a central hub between sales and marketing departments to keep communication flowing and goals aligned.
  • Performance Tracking: Help monitor data and gather insights to see what’s working, learning the "why" behind successful campaigns.
  • On-the-Ground Logistics: Assist with the moving parts of promotions and brand activations to ensure flawless professional execution.
  • Strategic Growth: As you master the basics, you’ll take ownership of specific project elements and lead small administrative initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • A Confident Communicator: You’re great with people and can collaborate effectively across a professional team.
  • Hyper-Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail and never let a deadline slip through the cracks.
  • Proactive & Curious: You don’t wait for instructions—you see an opportunity to help and you take it.
  • Growth-Oriented: You’re looking for a professional career where you can learn the inner workings of a business and advance.

The Requirements:

  • Location: Full-time (On-site in Dallas, TX).
  • Education: High School Diploma required (Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: None! We provide full training—all you need is the right attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Availability: Must be ready to start immediately.

If you’re ready to build real-world marketing and sales skills in a role that’s as professional as it is exciting, we want to hear from you.
