IP Litigation Attorney

We're working with one of the country's premier intellectual property groups. We placed an attorney here this spring and the firm reached out to ask for assistance in identifying other stellar attorneys.

They're looking for two mid-level associates (4+ years) with a strong background in patent litigation and PTAB proceedings to join across multiple domestic offices.

What They're Looking For

• 4+ years of patent litigation experience, which can include IPR proceedings; a blended prosecution/litigation background is also appealing (experience with drafting (non)infringement contentions, Daubert and Markman motions, working with experts, etc.)
• Technical degree in EE, CE, CS, ME, Physics, or related field — strong core STEM grades matter
• USPTO registration a plus
• Team players who want to be part of something, not just advance themselves
• 3 days/week in office (Tue–Thu) with competitive salary (first years start at $225k)
