Intake Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global's Veteran's benefits/disability client in Nashville, TN, is looking to add a team of Intake Specialists to their growing staff in a remote role.

• Candidates for this position will be able to sit within a three hour radius of either Nashville, TN, or Tampa, FL.
• This role is a 3 month contract to hire full time.
• SCHEDULE: M-F, 8am-5pm
• Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

- Achieve Sales KPI's

- Make 100+ outbound calls/day to warm leads

-Input candidate data/documentation in to CRM: Personal information, medical information

-Transfer client to elevated sales specialist Communicate with veterans compassionately and effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, remote call center/sales environment with weekly metrics -Ability to pass a background check

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with Veterans
