Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Spanish/English)

Eskew Law | Indianapolis, IN | In‑Office | Full‑Time

Sales Through Trust. Advocacy From the First Call.

At Eskew Law, the Intake Specialist is often the first human connection someone has with the legal system during a moment of crisis.

People call us when they are scared, overwhelmed, and uncertain:

  • after an arrest
  • during family conflict
  • following a serious injury

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Intake Specialist who can combine deep empathy with confident guidance—someone who can listen carefully, build trust, and help people move forward.

About the Role

This is a sales‑oriented role, but not a transactional one.

Success comes from emotional intelligence, calm communication, and the ability to guide people toward decisions that protect their future. You will qualify potential cases, explain process and expectations, and help appropriate clients commit to consultations with our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speak with prospective clients in Spanish and English
  • Create a calm, respectful experience for callers under stress
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand legal needs and urgency
  • Explain the firm’s services and next steps with confidence
  • Address hesitation with patience and professionalism
  • Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations
  • Document intake details clearly for attorney review
Who Thrives in This Role
  • You are empathetic, grounded, and composed under pressure
  • You can discuss difficult personal topics with respect
  • You believe sales is about helping people make good decisions
  • You are confident guiding conversations—not just answering questions
  • You are bilingual (Spanish/English)

Legal experience is helpful, but not required.

Character, communication, and emotional intelligence matter most.

Why This Role Matters

You are often speaking to someone on one of the worst days of their life.

  • Your ability to make them feel heard—and guide them toward action—can change what happens next.
