Customer Care / Call Intake Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and motivated Customer Care / Call Intake Specialist to become an important part of our front-office team.

This position is the first impression of our company. You’ll help customers feel taken care of from the very first phone call or message while keeping our schedule full, organized, and running efficiently.

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and help maximize shop workflow
• Gather accurate customer and vehicle information
• Follow up on missed calls, leads, and opportunities
• Support the Service Advisor during busy periods
• Help create a professional, welcoming front office environment
  

• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional phone presence
• Organized and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude
• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
