Field Operations Coordinator


Field Operations Coordinator. You'll be working closely with Field Superintendents and Project Managers, this position ensures projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury residential construction. Are you able to work along side multiple superintendents, elevate field operations, and drive company‑wide construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Field Superintendents with daily jobsite activities, logistics, and problem‑solving
  • Provide short‑term coverage for Field Superintendents when needed
  • Interact with inspectors to maintain project momentum and compliance
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution
  • Supervise and assign tasks for in‑house labor and temporary labor teams
  • Oversee move‑in operations and conduct initial homeowner walkthroughs
  • Perform ongoing quality control inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective follow‑up
  • Drive punch lists and closeout deliverables to completion
  • Supervise service work for completed projects
  • Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design plans for constructability
  • Identify errors, omissions, or potential issues prior to execution
  • Assist with soliciting, comparing, and analyzing subcontractor bids
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely project documentation
  • Facilitate information flow between office and field teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in high‑end residential construction (South Florida experience preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design plans
  • Comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in high‑pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CPM scheduling
  • Prior involvement in constructability reviews
  • Familiarity with luxury‑level client expectations
  • Experience coordinating or supporting multiple superintendents or field teams
  • Interest in developing toward a Director‑level leadership role
