A leading global semiconductor solutions provider is hiring a Director of Global Operations to support a high-impact enterprise account. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of customer success, global operations, and commercial strategy.

You’ll act as the strategic link between customers, sales, and cross-functional teams—driving seamless execution across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle while aligning global stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead global operations for a key account, ensuring seamless delivery across teams
• Partner with sales on strategy, execution, and revenue growth
• Oversee installations, support, and project timelines
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and service teams
• Manage escalations, lead account reviews, and improve processes globally
• Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap insights

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in technology, applications, or production support
• Experience supporting global customers and sales teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Background in semiconductor or related industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required | Travel as needed
