🔍 Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of legal support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Word (priority), Outlook, and Excel. A typing speed of 65+ wpm with high accuracy is required.
Candidates must also have hands‑on experience with Florida court procedures, including e‑service and e‑filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Open and maintain client files
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Perform e‑filing through state and federal systems
- Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation
- Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and related events
- Maintain organized case materials, binders, and folders
- Conduct conflict checks
- Manage attorney calendars and provide timely reminders
