They are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to support three dynamic partners across thriving Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Commercial litigation practices. You'll be instrumental in managing a diverse range of tasks, working as a two-person team with another LPA. You'll leverage your expertise in e-filing in CA state and federal courts and meticulously prepare, process, and organize legal documents. Your efforts will ensure seamless operations and efficient client service throughout the litigation life-cycle within a highly respected firm.

The Role:
- Federal E-Filing Expertise: Leverage strong experience filing federal documents through PACER/CM/ECF, with a solid understanding of FRCP and local court rules, and precise PDF preparation to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
- Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and client communication, serving as a key point of contact.
- Legal Technology: Utilize and continuously build proficiency in legal technology platforms to improve workflow efficiency and organization.
- Attorney & Client Support: Support attorneys with client onboarding, maintain compliance with client requirements, and help ensure a high level of client service.
- Billing Support: Assist with client billing processes and financial workflows using the firm’s billing systems.
