💼 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead daily property operations and resident relations
🧰 Coordinate maintenance and upkeep to keep your community beautiful
📊 Oversee leasing, budgets, and occupancy goals
🤝 Support and develop your on-site team
📋 Ensure compliance with housing laws and company standards
💪 What You Bring
✨ 2+ year of experience as an Assistant Manager
💬 Strong leadership and customer service skills
💻 Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar software (a plus!)
