What You'll Do

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team members
  • Process expense reports and support travel-related logistics
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential financial documents
  • Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling, and administrative support as needed
  • Coordinate internal meetings, recruiting activities, and client-facing events
  • Reserve conference rooms, order catering, prepare materials, and support event logistics
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Support client service initiatives through operational and administrative assistance
  • Partner with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or corporate support role
  • Recent graduates with strong internship or office experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
