We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help drive a strong team culture. This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, personable, and capable of confidently representing executive leadership while managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense processing
- Proactively protect executive time, anticipate needs, and independently resolve challenges with creative solutions
- Prepare, review, and distribute meeting materials and department communications
- Act as a proxy for the executive when necessary, representing their voice and priorities effectively
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering a best-in-class experience
- Own and continuously refine team operating cadence (1:1s, leadership meetings, off-sites, etc.
- Coordinate meetings by managing agendas, logistics, and note-taking; translate discussions into actionable follow-ups
- Foster collaboration across business units, even in the absence of direct executive oversight
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, accountability, and a high degree of self-sufficiency
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
- Experience supporting senior executives in a high-visibility role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
- Word)MS Office certification or equivalent expertise preferred
