Our client is a financial services firms firm in Northampton, PA seeking an Administrative Assistant.


Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to financial consultants and team members

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

• Arrange travel and logistics as needed

• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and client documentation

• Handle client communications via phone, email, and correspondence

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding tasks

• Provide reception coverage when required

• Support special projects and team initiatives


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Completed Bachelors Degree
  • Travel coordination experience
  • Experience working in a Professional Services/Financial Firm


The annual base salary range is $50,000 to $65,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
