What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through consultative selling
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Build relationships to support retention and renewals
• Consistently hit production and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and growth-driven mindset
• Insurance license is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Growth

-Account Executive

• $36,000 base salary
• Plus commission

-Promotion to Senior Account Executive (at 1,000 PIF)

• $45,000 base salary
• Plus commission

-On-Target Earnings (OTE)

• Year 1: $50K–$70K
• Year 2: $80K–$90K
• Year 3: $110K–$130K
