About the Role


We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist (LARC Inventory Focus) to join our Union City operations as a replacement hire supporting critical warehouse and logistics functions.

This role goes beyond standard warehouse execution and includes ownership of LARC crate inventory and asset management, ensuring availability, maintenance, and operational readiness of key equipment used in crating and shipping activities.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong accountability in managing inventory, equipment condition, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities


General Warehouse Operations

  • Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
  • Safely handle and move inventory (up to 50 lbs unassisted)
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment


Technology Hardware Handling

  • Handle and store sensitive IT equipment according to established guidelines
  • Prepare and package hardware to meet customer and quality standards


Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and report discrepancies
  • Store products in designated locations following warehouse processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems


LARC Inventory & Asset Management

  • Own and manage LARC crates and accessories inventory
  • Coordinate with LARC/vendor teams to order required parts and materials
  • Inspect crates and components, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs or replacements
  • Track availability and usage of crates and accessories across operations
  • Ensure all components (ramps, straps, fixtures, etc.) are complete and ready for deployment
  • Support accurate tracking, stock counts, and reporting of LARC assets


Order Fulfillment

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet quality and delivery standards
  • Ensure shipments are prepared according to customer requirements


Systems & Documentation

  • Use Mac/PC systems and Microsoft Office for daily tasks
  • Learn and navigate inventory/warehouse systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience handling inventory and equipment (tech hardware preferred)
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation and perform physical warehouse tasks
